Police cruiser involved in crash on Rte 128
NEEDHAM, Mass. -- Police are investigating a crash on Route 128 that involved a state trooper's cruiser.
The accident happened at around 9am Sunday morning when a car traveling in the northbound lanes near the Great Plains Avenue exit, lost control and slid into a guard rail.
The trooper pulled over to help that driver, but a third car slid into the trooper's cruiser.
The trooper was not hurt, yet the driver of the third car suffered minor injuries.
