BOSTON -- Two of the three MBTA supervisors accused of lying about showing up to work were in court Wednesday.
Michael O'Toole, 49, of Milton, and Christopher Peatridge, 64, of Saugus, pleaded not guilty to larceny charges and creating false timesheets.
Records show Peatridge allegedly ran a private security firm while claiming to be at his MBTA job.
Both men and were released on personal recognizance.
A third supervisor, Francis Flaherty, 52, of South Boston, is also being charged, but he was not in court Wednesday and is expected to be arraigned Thursday.
