Tree branch crashes through trolley window

DORCHESTER, Mass. -- Monday night's storm caused a tree branch to fly through the front window of a trolley, injuring three people.

The incident happened by the Butler Street Station around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Among the victims were the trolley operator and two passengers.

The operator refused to go to the hospital.

Both passengers were taken to Carney Hospital. There is no word on their conditions.

There was reportedly no damage to the track.

The MBTA lists no delays Tuesday morning.
