Man faces charges for leaving dog in hot car
NASHUA, N.H. -- A man was arrested for leaving his dog in the backseat of his car while it was extremely hot outside.
James Anthony Mastrocola, 50, of Westford, was arrested at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua on Tuesday.
While it was around 90 degrees outside, it was over 100 degrees inside of the car, where he left his dog.
Police said it took about 30 minutes to get the dog out of the car.
Mastrocola is facing animal cruelty charges.
