N.H. dad gets 15-30 years for breaking baby son's bones
BRENTWOOD, N.H. -- A father convicted of severely beating his 6-month-old son has been sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison.
Gurrie Fandozzi of Windham was convicted in November of seven counts of first degree assault. He was accused of breaking more than two dozen bones in the then 6-month-old body.
At his sentencing hearing Thursday, Fandozzi's wife defended her husband, saying she believes he is innocent and never hurt their son. Fandozzi's lawyer said he mostly likely will appeal the sentence.
