BOSTON -- A Harvard University student died after being hit by a tractor trailer truck on Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge on Monday morning.
Witnesses said the 28-year-old was dragged about 25 feet before he ended up stuck under the back wheels of the truck.
The driver was making a right turn and did not see the student, who on the cross-walk when he was hit.
The road was closed for a time as rescue crews did whatever they could to free the man from the trailer.
