Thieves steal thousands of dollars worth of gaming system
MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Over 100 gaming systems were stolen from a Manchester video game store.
Police said they believe several suspects were involved. The thieves bore through a wall of a vacant business to gain access to the GameStop Store on March Avenue.
"It appears that the perpetrators actually entered the office through a wall from the neighboring business," said Sgt. Maureen Tessier, of the Manchester Police Dept.
The suspects were after gaming systems such as Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation.
"Over 100 gaming systems that were removed from the office valued at approximately $30,000," said Tessier.
A similar incident happened recently in Burlington, Mass.
Police said there is no surveillance of the crime and very little evidence was left behind.
Officials hope the public can help them solve this crime.
