EVERETT, Mass. -- Police are searching for a suspect in a deadly shooting in Everett.
A SWAT Team stormed the home on Sea Street around 9:45 p.m. Friday night. Police removed three semiautomatic rifles from the residence.
According to unconfirmed reports, a man shot and killed his wife. However, the Middlesex District Attorney has confirmed that one person has been shot and killed.
"All I heard was gunfire, and that was it," Nancy, a witness, said. "It was loud. Everybody just started running."
"I was just so scared I didn't even want to come out until afterwards when I heard all the police and fire engines and ambulances," Marie Crockett, neighbor, said.
Everett Police, SWAT teams and the Middlesex District Attorney are investigating the scene.
