Elderly man reveals it all at local Celtic festival

WEBSTER, Mass. -- An elderly man set off big commotion at a local festival this weekend.

David McCracken, 82, was caught on camera baring his backside to a crowd during the Blackstone Valley Celtic Festival. But he revealed a little more than his backside.

Many were surprised to see his private parts. But the retired veterinarian said that was a mistake.

He said he made a bad decision and did not mean to offend anybody.

The shocking display of Celtic pride could earn him a big fine.
