Medical malpractice trial involving Charlie Weis to begin again

BOSTON -- Opening arguments are expected tomorrow in the second medical malpractice trial involving former Patriots Assistant Coach Charlie Weis.

Weis is accusing two Massachusetts General Hospital surgeons of botching his care after gastric bypass surgery in 2002.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is expected to be among the witnesses.

He took the stand in the first trial in February.

It ended in a mistrial after a juror collapsed and the two doctors rushed to the aid of the man.
