UNDATED -- Commuter complaints are on the rise for the MBTA.
From January through April of this year, nearly 13,500 complaints were registered the company. Less than 8,200 were filed during in the same period last year.
So, what are people complaining about?
Rude MBTA employees tops the list, making up nearly half of all complaints. Late service is second, and complaints about fares come in third with 13 percent.
