Teenager killed in Dorchester stabbing
BOSTON -- Boston's latest murder victim is a 16-year-old who was stabbed to death last night in Mattapan.
Boston Police say the unidentified victim was found near Havelock Street and Blue Hill Avenue just before 8 p.m.
He died a short time later at Boston Medical Center.
Officials say the initial investigation suggests that six to seven people attacked the 16-year-old. They believe the stabbing was not random.
It was the city's 23rd murder so far this year.
