GARDNER, Mass. -- Four Gardner residents are busted for a robbery arranged through a fraudulent MySpace posting.
Police say 19-year-old Thomas Lafrennie, 24-year-old brother Lawrence, 18-year-old sister Amanda, and 19-year-old Bryan Bowers lured a victim to Dunn Park by posting pictures of a 16-year-old Templeton girl on the social networking Web site.
They then allegedly set up a meeting, but instead of finding a date, the robbery victim got a gun a to the head.
The accused MySpace robbers are charged with identity fraud and armed robbery.
A police report says they took $87, a 2 gigabyte iPod Nano, a cell phone and some cigarettes.
