We encountered this individual, whom I cannot identify at this point. The investigation will continue. It's a white male, 35 years of age. He is reported to be a librarian in Cambridge somewhere. He allegedly made statements that he had a bomb, and he was making threats to the train crew. We responded, we found the individual with a backpack, separated him from the backpack, and performed the necessary actions to make that backpack safe."
The bomb squad arrived and detonated the backpack.
