Authorities investigating string of Radio Shack robberies

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Police were on the scene of a robbery in Cambridge Friday morning.

Police said thieves made off with property from a Radio Shack in Harvard Square, but they aren't sure exactly what was stolen.

Authorities confirmed the incident is the third smash and grab type robbery in Cambridge this week.

All three incidents involved Radio Shack stores.

In the Radio Shack robbery along Massachusetts Avenue on Tuesday, the suspect apparently was able to make off with a flat-screen TV.

No arrests have been made, and there has been no word if the robberies are linked.
