TJX: 100,000 customers' accounts compromised

UNDATED -- We're getting more information about how many shoppers were impacted by that TJX security breach.

New Hampshire banks estimate as many as 100,000 of their customers' accounts were compromised after someone hacked into the TJX computer system last month.

The TJX company is facing two class-action lawsuits for the theft of the customer data.

The theft is expected to cost consumers about $1.5 million.

TJX owns several store chains, including TJ Max and Marshalls.
