Police investigating attempted arson in Dorchester

DORCHESTER, Mass. -- Police are investigating an attempted arson in Dorchester.

Police say they responded to a call at Dorchester District Court Saturday morning where they discovered a broken window and a glass bottle filled with an unknown substance on the floor.

They say there was charring on the floor near the device and a wick inside the bottle.

The bottle is now being analyzed and fingerprinted.
