Flash flood watch posted in NH
CONCORD, N.H. -- With more rain forecast for New Hampshire, the National Weather Service has posted a flash flood watch for the southern part of the state.
The watch is in effect through Friday evening in Cheshire and Hillsborough Counties.
Forecasters expect more showers and thunderstorms in the region, which could bring downpours of one to two inches.
The Weather Service says with the ground already saturated from days of rain, it won't take much to cause flooding on roads and small streams.
