Swine flu cases may be declining in NH

CONCORD, N.H. -- Health officials say the number of swine flu cases in New Hampshire may be dwindling.

There have been 207 confirmed cases, four hospitalizations and no deaths in the state.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported New England has returned to "normal" flu activity levels. The CDC and the World Health Organization have advised clinicians to limit testing for swine flu, the Eagle Tribune reported.

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services also is being more selective by limiting testing to geographical areas where there have been a large number of swine flu cases.

Health officials are focusing on preventing the spread of flu among children this summer and next fall.
