Police seek Peeping Tom at BU

BOSTON -- Women at Boston University have reported being looked at by a Peeping Tom while they were in the bathroom.

Boston University police said the most recent incident happened last Friday inside a building at 675 Commonwealth Avenue.

A woman was in a third floor bathroom stall when she said a man came in the stall next to her and looked over the dividing wall. She screamed and the victim fled the bathroom.

She described the suspect as a fair skinned while male in his 30s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, with medium build with dark colored eyes. He has short dark thinning hair on the sides of his head and is bald on top.

He was last seen wearing a short sleeved white polo shirt, dark colored sweatpants and black sandals.

Police say a man with a similar description is responsible for two other peeping incidents since April that were previously unreported. One additional incident on May 6 may also be linked.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Boston University Police Department at 617-353-2121 or 353-2110.
