The Boston Park Rangers invites you to their Holiday Lights & Historic Sites Walking Tour, December 1-December 31. Bundle up as you take a tour on a tree-lit path, while simultaneously learning the history of the Boston Common. Beantown Trolley Tours invites your whole family for a Christmas light tour through Boston on a replicated turn of the century trolley car. Promising to be an adventure, the tour also includes a viewing of the Prudential Plaza's Christmas tree. Tour dates are December 1-December 26. The City of Lawrence presents its 1st Light Schedule of Events. On December 19, at 5 p.m., the event begins with an opening of "illuminations" at the Essex Art Center. One-of a kind lanterns developed by local artists will remain on display through December 31. Also, on December 31, from 2-4 p.m., a lantern making workshop will be held at the Essex Art Center. A Lantern Parade begins at 4:15 p.m., at the Essex Art Center. From 5-6 p.m., music, laughter, refreshments, and family activities at the Lawrence Heritage Park Visitors Center.
