When the Zinny family of Wellesley started looking for an au pair for their three little girls, they set their sights high. Not only did they want someone to take care of their kids' daily needs, they wanted someone to provide language and culture.

"Since my husband's family is from Argentina and my husband is bilingual, its very important for us to have our children know how to speak at least two languages."

They found the perfect candidate through Cultural Care Au Pair of Cambridge.

Susan Robinson, Cultural Care
"We've seen a significant increase in the number of families that specifically request an Au Pair that speaks a particular language."

The Zinny's new Au Pair, Johanna, comes from Columbia and works with their kids on Spanish.

Johanna Garcia, Au Pair from Colombia
"They understand and they speak, I feel very happy, and I'm grateful to be here."

For the Kirbys of Belmont, they wanted to preserve their family's heritage
