How do you look great no matter what you wear? It all starts with what you put on underneath your clothes. And 7's Gretchen Monahan has got the tips on what you'll need from America's Next Top Model's top stylist in today's Gretta's Got It.
OK, so you want to strut your stuff like a model? Well my friend Jay Manuel of America's Next Top Model is giving me the skinny on the show, and a few tips that every woman should know before leaving the house.

Not only is he Tyra's right hand man, he's also a stylist, make-up artist, photographer, and just plain fashionista to the stars.

"So what you see on America's Next Top Model is really a combination of all my skills."
Jay even had some kind words about Boston's first runner-up Fatima.

"I loved Fatima. I think I said it right off the bat in casting. She's a stunning woman. Very, very, very smart. And she's already out there doing her thing and working."
But when it comes to looking like a top model, I want to know his number #1 tip.

"It really starts off with the undergarment."
It's all about what's going on under the clothes that make the outfit.

"Always about bras, bras, bras."
And you know what I say. Every gal needs a push-up.

"One of the real must have bras, especially if you're a little smaller on top, is the perfectly fit maximum push-up bra. And it really does what it says. There's a little padding here and it has maximum push-up so it just gives you cleavage. The convenient front closure. Now Vanessa is wearing the exact same bra. We're all looking at the cleavage, because that's what it's about. Maximum push-up. I mean you really want the cleavage, but you don't want people noticing the bra. This color does not show under the white, so it's really convenient for a sheer cotton blouse."
Next try on a t-back which is always great for tank tops.

"Calvin Klein underwear has their racer back bra. Notice the shape. This really does help keep the bra straps from sliding forward. Look at the support. She looks gorgeous. But, Lauren turn around, here's the thing that we love. You can't see the bra strap. I can even pull the tank top back. Notice how far back the straps go so you can wear your itty bitty little tank top and they're not gonna see your bra straps."
